Dear friends.

This letter is to inform you about last few months of "getting no-where" with involved parties.

Insurance company stated, that there was nothing wrong with the steering system. However, there is plenty of evidence online about this specific model having functionality issues.
I was told by attorney at San Francisco deposition, that I will receive transcript of deposition. I did NOT receive anything.
I guess we have to wait until somebody dies or has a serious accident to deal with steering computer issue by manufacturer. In my opinion there should be re-call issued for mentioned steering computer.

Online store, which sent me used marine electronics says, that they have NOT done anything wrong. Steering computer was missing from the shipment and owners manual booklet had hand written notes from previous owner. Control head unit was returned item asking for calibration most of the time.
I have been in contact with CEO and board of directors, but getting no-where.

I have sent official complaint to many institutions and agencies in US, but NO reply from most of them.

I am very upset about online store problem and NO respond/reply from institutions which suppose to deal with it.
I have sent complaint about online store fraud to FBI, Attorney General, State Police, local Police, BBB, consumer agencies, etc. - no reply!
It seems, that nobody is interested to talk to a consumer. We need to hire attorney, which most of us can not afford in situation like this.
 
My complaint was sent to head office of US Coast Guard, which supposed to deal with safety of marine equipment, re-calls etc. - no reply.
As I mentioned before, there was no action for 4 months after reporting marine incident to manufacturer.

Last 3 years have been very stressful dealing with legal issues of grounding Ocean Echo 1.

What really bothers me is, that nobody wants to deal with mentioned situation without attorney representing me.
Online store committed serious fraud and there is NO way to go after them privately!!!

My last option is to report the incident to media. Will see how it goes.

This is how the system seems to work. I just want to share with you this bizarre story.

Life goes on and I am happy to be alive!
